Charges against Julio Cesar Solis-Celis and Alfredo Alejandro Aljorna are dropped. Federal agents had claimed the men had attacked them and shot Julio in the leg. ICE has stated that the agents involved may have made “untruthful statements” in sworn testimony regarding the shooting.
