Victor Manuel Diaz, from Minneapolis, dies at Camp East Montana. ICE declare it a suicide.

Joshua Orta, friend and witness of the fatal shooting of Ruben Ray Martinez dies in car accident. In a draft affidavit, Orta said Martinez did not hit an officer and that the agent shot him with no warning.
