ICE officers break windows of car and spray pepper spray at two legal observers. They are arrested on charges of obstruction and taken to the Whipple Federal building. One of the observers is offered money or legal protection for his family if he named fellow organizers or undocumented neighbors. They are both released after 8 hours. As they leave the detention center one of them is hit by chemical irritants.
